These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Squish website and services provided by Squish (referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Squish website or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

Description of Services:

Squish offers professional pet photography services, capturing high-quality images of your pets. Additionally, we donate half of the proceeds from each photography session to animal welfare organisations and verified individuals who care for strays.

Booking and Payments:

• To book a pet photography session with Squish, users must pay 50% of the session fees on our website and provide accurate and complete information.

• 50% payment for services is due at the time of booking, and 50% is due on delivery of previews.

• Final high resolution images will be delivered only after the balance payment is made.

By default, Squish will select and send edited photographs to clients as part of the standard service. If clients would prefer to select the images themselves, this can be arranged at an extra cost. Contact us for details.

Under no circumstances will Squish release any raw files/unedited images from a photoshoot.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

• In case of cancellations over 4 working days prior to the shoot date, 75% of the advance payment will be reimbursed.

• In the case of cancellations between 2-4 working days prior to the shoot date, 50% of the advance payment will be reimbursed.

• In the case of cancellations less than 2 working days prior to the shoot date, there will be no refund.

• Rescheduling of the session over 4 working days prior to shoot date is free.

• Once a shoot has been rescheduled, it cannot be canceled. Any attempt to cancel will result in Squish retaining the entire advance payment.

Intellectual Property:

All content, including but not limited to images, text, and logos, on the Squish website is the property of Squish and is protected by intellectual property laws. Users are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written consent from Squish.

Squish reserves the right to own and use all photographs, video footage, or other media captured during the session for promotional, marketing, and informational purposes.

The images captured during the session are intended solely for personal use. They cannot be utilised or shared with any third party for advertising, marketing, promotional, or any commercial purposes by any commercial entity. Any commercial use of these images requires prior written consent from Squish. If there is an interest in using the images for commercial purposes, please contact us to discuss and obtain the necessary permissions.

Privacy:

Squish respects the privacy of its users. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Donations to Animal Welfare:

Squish is committed to donating a portion of proceeds from each photography session to animal welfare organisations and verified individuals that care for strays. Code of Conduct:

Users are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner when using Squish services. Any inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or violation of these Terms may result in the termination of services.

Limitation of Liability:

Squish is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Users assume all risks associated with the photography sessions and interactions with our photographers.

Ownership and Usage Rights:

Participants, attendees, and individuals present at the event grant Squish the irrevocable and unrestricted right to use, reproduce, and distribute such media in any form or medium, now known or hereafter devised, without further approval or compensation.

Consent to Capture:

By participating in or attending the event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded.

If you do not wish to be captured in media or have concerns about the usage of such media, please inform the event organizers in writing before or during the event.

Exclusivity:

Squish retains the exclusive right to determine how, when, and where the media will be used.

Participants, attendees, and individuals present at the event agree not to use any captured media for commercial or promotional purposes without obtaining prior written consent from Squish.

Release and Waiver:

Participants, attendees, and individuals present at the event release Squish, its employees, representatives, and contractors from any claims, liabilities, or demands related to the use of captured media.

Notification of Use:

Squish may use the media in various channels, including but not limited to websites, social media, press releases, and marketing materials.

Modifications to Terms:

Squish reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law:

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
